At the 8th Annual Patient Experience Symposium , Dr. Sisi Hu, Atalan’s Chief Wellbeing Economist and Co-Founder, delivered a Pocket Presentation on the vital link between provider wellbeing and patient experience. She unveiled preliminary results from a study that harnessed non-survey indicators—drawn from workflow and operational data—and machine learning to surface patterns that traditional surveys miss. For example, by analyzing appointment schedules, her team identified simple adjustments that can reduce clinician stress and improve retention without compromising patient access.
