Our co-founders, Tiffany Chan and Dr. Sisi Hu, spoke at the 2024 Scottsdale Health Equity Summit on June 17–18, hosted by the Scottsdale Institute. Alongside our partners Dr. Heather Schmidt and Jennifer Luer from SSM Health, they joined healthcare leaders to explore advancing care equity while safeguarding clinician well-being.
Across two days of dynamic discussion and forward-thinking presentations, our team demonstrated how data and cutting-edge technology can predict—and ultimately prevent—provider burnout. We left with a clear insight: when health systems prioritize workforce wellness, they not only strengthen their own organizations but also enhance equity initiatives across entire communities. As some of the largest local employers, these systems have the power to foster healthier work environments—and healthier communities—by focusing on the people who deliver care.
