She has additional experience consulting with the World Bank and Microsoft. She hopes to move the needle on this urgent issue of clinician well-being and retention through innovation-led policy changes.
In her spare time, Tiffany loves training for triathlons and cooking for her family and friends.
Sisi is a labor economist with a Ph.D. from the University of Oxford and postdoctoral training at Harvard Law School’s Center for Labor and a Just Economy and the National Bureau of Economic Research. She specializes in modeling disruption and risks in labor markets, and is passionate about protecting the welfare of workers in the healthcare industry.
In her spare time, Sisi loves traveling, painting and salsa dancing.
Tim Russo is a senior healthcare technology executive with more than two decades of experience helping health systems adopt innovative solutions that improve clinical operations, workforce sustainability, and financial performance. Throughout his career, Tim has specialized in bringing disruptive healthcare SaaS and data platforms to market, working closely with leading health systems and academic medical centers across the United States.
Based in California, Tim enjoys spending time with his family and competing in endurance events, including Ironman Triathlons, Marathons, and mountain climbing expeditions.
Amanda brings nearly two decades of experience leading enterprise partnerships across health systems, payors, and digital health. She focuses on turning emerging solutions into measurable clinical and operational outcomes.
At Atalan, Amanda is helping define a new category in healthcare—advancing a clinical-to-clinical approach to retention that uses Clinician Retention Intelligence (CRI) to identify risk early, uncover root causes, and drive action before care is disrupted.
In her spare time, Amanda enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and two sons, and being at the baseball field or on the golf course.
Eitan is a seasoned engineer with a wealth of experience spanning diverse industries. He has successfully built an anti-money laundering system for banks, a predictive algorithm for inventory management, a car tracking application for handling large fleets, and an operating system-agnostic self-ordering kiosk with multiple hardware integrations.
Away from coding and staying abreast of the latest tech trends, Eitan finds joy in entertaining his daughter and caring for the various living things in his home.
Victoria is a data engineer who thrives on bringing structure and clarity to complex data. With experience across startups and enterprise teams, she builds reliable pipelines and data systems that support better decision-making and scalable growth. She enjoys collaborating across functions to turn messy datasets into meaningful insights.
Outside of work, Victoria loves discovering new coffee shops, spending time with her two dogs, and playing board games with family and friends.
Ridhika recently graduated from New York University with a Masters in Data Science. During her time at NYU she worked with Dr. Viral Acharya, built an LLM-evaluation tool at PayPal, and conducted research in CausalML. Ridhika is a creative thinker, an eager learner and aims to use her experience to drive impactful change.
When she’s not lost in a book, you’ll find Ridhika doodling her next self-proclaimed masterpiece or trying to cook.
Madison obtained her B.S. in Psychology [summa cum laude] from Arizona State University in 2022. During her time as an undergraduate, she worked as a Research Assistant for the New Beginnings Program at the ASU REACH Institute, which is within the Department of Psychology and bridges the gap between university-based research and practice to promote mental and physical health. Her passion to help people in the healthcare industry has led her to work at Atalan Tech.

Shelby earned her B.B.A. in Marketing from Southern Adventist University. She worked in marketing and communications within the legal industry, gaining experience in digital marketing, public relations, brand communications, and event coordination. She enjoys combining creativity and strategy to bring a thoughtful approach to marketing.

Maya studied biology and statistics at Grinnell College, graduating with a B.A. in 2023. As an undergraduate, she conducted research across biology, statistics, and computer science, working on projects ranging from studying local bird diets to developing a forest fire prediction model. She is passionate about tackling complex and interesting data challenges that span multiple disciplines. Most importantly, Maya is driven by her core commitment to using data and technology to contribute to positive social change, which drew her to Atalan Tech.
